Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping charges to be paid by the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
How to Return
- Contact us at support@imperiojoyaas.com with your Order ID and reason.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline: 5–7 business days after successful inspection. Mode of Refund: Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.).
Non-Returnable Items
- Pierced earrings & nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Final sale / Clearance items
- Products without original packaging
Exchange Exchange is allowed for size, color, or design issues (subject to availability).
